The Budget page provides information regarding the Approved Budget, Adjusted Budget, Total Expenditures, and the Budget Balance for the State.
The Cash Balances page provides agency claim balances as extracted from the New Mexico Statewide Human Resources, Accounting, and Management Reporting System (SHARE), the State financial system.
Annual Fiscal Summary
The Annual Fiscal Summary page is a repository of the State of New Mexico Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR).
The Investment Accounts page is a repository of the Investment Holdings Report issued by the State Investment Council (SIC).
The Revenue page accounts for all monies collected and reported by the Taxation and Revenue Department (TRD).
The Employees page provides information about state employee’s extracted from the New Mexico’s financial system SHARE, (Statewide Human Resources, Accounting, and Management Reporting System).
